The Address & The Vision

An Address Worth Owning

DLF Sector 66 Residences carries forward a name that has shaped Gurgaon's skyline since the city was still a scatter of villages off the Delhi border. DLF began developing Gurgaon in the 1970s and has since built much of what the city is now known for, from Cyber City to its super-luxury addresses on Golf Course Road. This new residence in Sector 66 extends that footprint to one of the city's more recently active residential corridors.

Living here means being close to the working city without being consumed by it. Sector 66 offers a quieter register than the denser core sectors, while still keeping Cyber Hub, Golf Course Road and NH-48 within a short drive. It is a locality built for people who want proximity to Gurgaon's commercial engine and a measure of calm at the end of the day.

DLF's design language across its Gurgaon portfolio favours restraint over spectacle: considered massing, generous open spaces between towers, and interiors built to be lived in rather than merely photographed. Details of the architecture and specifications for this particular residence will be shared as the project moves through launch.

Sector 66 is at a point in its development where infrastructure, schools and retail have matured but land parcels for new construction are becoming scarcer, which is part of what makes a fresh DLF launch here notable. For buyers watching the Golf Course Extension corridor, this is a rare instance of a new DLF address entering an already-established neighbourhood.

Details on configurations, pricing and possession will follow as DLF Sector 66 Residences progresses toward formal launch. Interested buyers can register to receive updates as they are released.

Location / Address

A Defining Address

Sector 66, Gurgaon, Haryana · Gurgaon

Sector 66 sits on Gurgaon's Golf Course Extension Road corridor, a stretch that has drawn several established developers over the past decade. It is about 10 km from Cyber City and DLF Cyber Hub, with significant business districts having several multinational corporations and IT firms, and Sector 66 also offers easy access to Golf Course Road, where office complexes and tech parks are located. It is located close to NH8, allowing easy access to the other areas of Delhi NCR, which expands the opportunities available in its vicinity.

For a DLF address, Sector 66 places residents within a well-established residential ecosystem rather than a nascent one, with schools, hospitals and retail already operating in the surrounding sectors. Udyog Vihar, approximately 15 km away, is a major industrial area with sufficient jobs in manufacturing and services. The combination of proximity to Gurgaon's core business districts and the relative openness of the Golf Course Extension belt is what continues to draw new residential supply to this stretch of the city.

Beyond the Project

Infrastructure & Growth

Golf Course Extension Road

A key arterial road connecting Sector 66 to central Gurgaon and onward to Sohna Road, this corridor has seen sustained residential and commercial development over the past decade.

NH-48 upgrades

Continued widening and grade separator works on NH-48 have improved travel time between Gurgaon's southern sectors and the Delhi border, benefiting residents in Sector 66 and neighbouring localities.

Southern Peripheral Road

SPR links Golf Course Extension Road to Sohna Road and further south, easing cross-city movement for residents working across Gurgaon's different commercial clusters.

Metro connectivity expansion

Ongoing plans to extend Gurgaon's metro network toward the Golf Course Road and Southern Peripheral Road belt are expected to improve last-mile access for sectors along this corridor over time.

Social infrastructure maturity

Schools, hospitals and retail formats in and around Sector 66 have matured over the past several years, reducing dependence on travel to older parts of the city for daily needs.

Why Invest

Compelling Reasons

1

A DLF address

DLF's residential portfolio in Gurgaon spans several decades, and a new launch under the same name in Sector 66 extends that continuity to a currently active growth corridor.

2

Golf Course Extension Road location

Sector 66 sits directly on this corridor, keeping residents within reach of Golf Course Road, Sohna Road and Southern Peripheral Road without being in the densest part of the city.

3

Proximity to Cyber Hub and Cyber City

At roughly 10 km from Gurgaon's primary business districts, the location suits professionals who need a reasonable commute to the city's main office clusters.

4

Established neighbourhood

Unlike newer peripheral sectors, Sector 66 already has functioning schools, hospitals and retail nearby, reducing the wait typically associated with early-stage localities.

5

NH-48 access

Closeness to NH-48 keeps the wider Delhi NCR region, including the airport corridor, within a manageable drive from the project.

6

New launch pricing stage

As a fresh launch, DLF Sector 66 Residences offers early entry into a DLF-branded address before later phases and secondary market pricing typically move higher.

About the Developer

DLF Limited

DLF Limited was founded on July 4, 1946, by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh in New Delhi, originally as Delhi Land and Finance. The company's first completed project was Krishna Nagar in East Delhi in 1949, followed by 22 urban colonies across Delhi including Model Town, Rajouri Garden, South Extension, Greater Kailash, and Hauz Khas. When the Delhi Development Act of 1957 restricted private development within the capital, DLF pivoted to Gurugram in Haryana, acquiring land that would become one of the country's most significant urban corridors. Today DLF is the largest publicly listed real estate developer in India by market capitalization, with operations spanning 15 states and 24 cities.

DLF's defining move was the development of DLF City in Gurugram beginning in the mid-1970s, transforming what was then a largely agrarian district into a globally connected corporate and residential hub. In 1985, DLF Qutab Enclave marked the company's formal return to large-scale development. That trajectory led to DLF Cyber City — one of India's largest integrated business districts — which today houses hundreds of multinational occupiers and generates substantial recurring rental income through DLF Cyber City Developers Limited, a joint venture with Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC. The company listed on Indian stock exchanges in July 2007 through what was at that time India's largest IPO, raising approximately Rs 9,000 crore.

Across its history DLF has delivered over 185 real estate projects covering more than 352 million square feet, with an annuity portfolio exceeding 45 million square feet in commercial and retail assets. The portfolio spans super-luxury and luxury residential — including The Camellias and The Dahlias in Gurugram — alongside IT parks, special economic zones, retail malls such as DLF Mall of India in Noida, and hospitality assets including The Lodhi hotel in New Delhi, which received one MICHELIN Key in 2025. The DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurugram, opened in 1999, features an 18-hole Gary Player championship course and has been rated India's best golf course by the Asian Golf Awards multiple times.

DLF approaches development as a long-term ecosystem rather than a transactional land business. The company's 'Partners in Progress' model for land acquisition, introduced under Chairman Emeritus K.P. Singh, brought farming communities into the development process as active participants. Rajiv Singh, the current Chairman, has overseen a sustained expansion of the annuity business from Rs 15.5 million in 2007 to Rs 29,000 million by 2019 and continued growth since. DLF's rental business has been conferred 21 Sword of Honour awards by the British Safety Council — the highest tally in the world — and the company holds LEED certifications from the US Green Building Council for tens of millions of square metres of built area. The stated pipeline for the next four to five years encompasses a Gross Development Value of approximately Rs 1,145 billion.
