The Address & The Vision

An Address Worth Coming Home To

DLF Westpark Phase 2 carries forward DLF's residential return to Mumbai on the same Oshiwara address in Andheri West where the developer first launched. The second phase, which will add four more towers to the site, extends a development that began with an initial set of towers already open for bookings. For a developer whose name is more commonly associated with Delhi NCR's skyline, this is a deliberate, calibrated step into India's most competitive housing market.

Life at this address unfolds within a neighbourhood built for convenience without losing its residential character. Proximity to business hubs such as Lokhandwala, Goregaon, and Jogeshwari, along with the Oshiwara railway station and Metro Line 2A, keeps the everyday commute short for working professionals. Malls, established residential pockets, and the arterial New Link Road sit within easy reach, giving Phase 2 residents access to a suburb that has matured over decades rather than one still finding its identity.

Design across the Westpark site follows a consistent language established with the first phase of the development. Residences are planned with full-height windows, soaring ceilings, and glass-balustrade balconies that create a seamless connection to the outdoors, conceived as private, airy sanctuaries for contemporary living. The development is also planned around a 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse designed to offer leisure, wellness, and community facilities that Phase 2 towers will draw upon as part of the shared site.

The timing reflects both DLF's own trajectory and the suburb's. In July 2023, DLF officially announced its return to Mumbai real estate, and Phase 2 represents the planned expansion of that re-entry rather than a standalone launch. The Westpark project is being developed in partnership with the Trident Group and falls under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority scheme, a structure that has shaped the scale and sequencing of towers across both phases.

DLF Westpark Phase 2 is planned as the next set of towers on an address DLF has already staked in Mumbai's western suburbs. Details on configurations and pricing for this phase will follow as the development moves toward launch.

Location / Address

A Defining Address

New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai · Oshiwara · Mumbai

Oshiwara sits within the Andheri West micro-market, one of Mumbai's more settled western suburbs, positioned off New Link Road with direct reach to the Western Express Highway. The site offers significant locational advantages, with its position along the Andheri Link Road ensuring connectivity to both the Western Express Highway and the Versova-Ghatkopar Metro corridor. Proximity to business hubs such as Lokhandwala, Goregaon, and Jogeshwari, as well as key transport infrastructure like the Oshiwara railway station and Metro Line 2A, adds to its appeal for working professionals and investors alike.

Andheri West stands as one of Mumbai's most sought-after addresses, attracting visionaries, creators and leaders across industries, with a blend of cultural vibrancy, seamless connectivity and refined lifestyle offerings. DLF Westpark Phase 2 extends the same address that DLF chose for its Mumbai debut, placing four additional towers within a location already anchored by an established residential community, a metro station at its doorstep, and a mall-and-market rhythm that defines everyday life in this part of the western suburbs.

Why Invest

Compelling Reasons

1

DLF's Mumbai re-entry address

DLF Westpark Phase 2 continues on the same Oshiwara site where DLF launched its first residential project in Mumbai, extending the developer's re-entry into the city after more than a decade away from its property market.

2

Four new towers on an established site

Phase 2 adds four more towers to a development that already has towers open for bookings, allowing residents to move into a community with an established address rather than a greenfield site.

3

Oshiwara, Andheri West location

The site sits off New Link Road in Oshiwara, within the Andheri West micro-market, close to the Oshiwara Metro Station and the Western Express Highway, in one of Mumbai's more settled western suburbs.

4

Trident Group joint development

The Westpark project is developed in partnership with the Trident Group under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority scheme, a structure that has shaped the scale and phased rollout of towers on this site.

5

Shared clubhouse scale

The development is planned around a 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse for leisure, wellness, and community facilities, a shared amenity base that Phase 2 towers will draw upon along with the rest of the site.

6

Metro and highway connectivity

The address benefits from Metro Line 2A, the upcoming Metro Line 7 and 7A, and direct access to the Western Express Highway, keeping the site connected across Mumbai's western and eastern suburbs alike.

About the Developer

DLF Limited

DLF Limited was founded on July 4, 1946, by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh in New Delhi, originally as Delhi Land and Finance. The company's first completed project was Krishna Nagar in East Delhi in 1949, followed by 22 urban colonies across Delhi including Model Town, Rajouri Garden, South Extension, Greater Kailash, and Hauz Khas. When the Delhi Development Act of 1957 restricted private development within the capital, DLF pivoted to Gurugram in Haryana, acquiring land that would become one of the country's most significant urban corridors. Today DLF is the largest publicly listed real estate developer in India by market capitalization, with operations spanning 15 states and 24 cities.

DLF's defining move was the development of DLF City in Gurugram beginning in the mid-1970s, transforming what was then a largely agrarian district into a globally connected corporate and residential hub. In 1985, DLF Qutab Enclave marked the company's formal return to large-scale development. That trajectory led to DLF Cyber City — one of India's largest integrated business districts — which today houses hundreds of multinational occupiers and generates substantial recurring rental income through DLF Cyber City Developers Limited, a joint venture with Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC. The company listed on Indian stock exchanges in July 2007 through what was at that time India's largest IPO, raising approximately Rs 9,000 crore.

Across its history DLF has delivered over 185 real estate projects covering more than 352 million square feet, with an annuity portfolio exceeding 45 million square feet in commercial and retail assets. The portfolio spans super-luxury and luxury residential — including The Camellias and The Dahlias in Gurugram — alongside IT parks, special economic zones, retail malls such as DLF Mall of India in Noida, and hospitality assets including The Lodhi hotel in New Delhi, which received one MICHELIN Key in 2025. The DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurugram, opened in 1999, features an 18-hole Gary Player championship course and has been rated India's best golf course by the Asian Golf Awards multiple times.

DLF approaches development as a long-term ecosystem rather than a transactional land business. The company's 'Partners in Progress' model for land acquisition, introduced under Chairman Emeritus K.P. Singh, brought farming communities into the development process as active participants. Rajiv Singh, the current Chairman, has overseen a sustained expansion of the annuity business from Rs 15.5 million in 2007 to Rs 29,000 million by 2019 and continued growth since. DLF's rental business has been conferred 21 Sword of Honour awards by the British Safety Council — the highest tally in the world — and the company holds LEED certifications from the US Green Building Council for tens of millions of square metres of built area. The stated pipeline for the next four to five years encompasses a Gross Development Value of approximately Rs 1,145 billion.
