The Address & The Vision

An Address Worth Coming Home To

DLF Two Midtown is an upcoming mixed-use development from DLF, positioned within the Midtown township that the developer has been building out in Moti Nagar over the past decade. It is designed to bring residential apartments and commercial units together on one campus, extending the township's footprint beyond the completed Capital Greens and One Midtown phases.

The idea behind the project is a self-contained urban fragment where daily life, work, and leisure sit within walking distance of each other. Residents are expected to find retail, dining, and office space integrated into the same address as their homes, reducing the need to leave the campus for everyday needs.

Design intent for the project follows Vastu-based planning, with towers oriented to optimise natural light and ventilation, glass-and-concrete facades, and generous green cover between built structures. The commercial component is planned as a destination in its own right, built for dining, shopping, and entertainment uses alongside the residences.

Moti Nagar's transformation from an industrial belt into a mixed residential and commercial hub gives this address its relevance now. With DLF's Capital Greens already home to thousands of families and One Midtown nearing completion nearby, Two Midtown extends an established, functioning community rather than starting one from scratch.

For those tracking DLF's next chapter in West Delhi, Two Midtown is worth watching as details on configurations, pricing, and timelines are released.

Location / Address

A Defining Address

Shivaji Marg, Moti Nagar, New Delhi 110015 · Moti Nagar · New Delhi

Moti Nagar sits in the heart of West Delhi, a locality long known for its industrial-era warehouses that have steadily given way to planned residential and retail development. Moti Nagar is a bustling residential locality surrounded by Kirti Nagar, Rajouri Garden, and Punjabi Bagh, with excellent infrastructure and connectivity to major employment hubs like Bhikaji Cama Place, Connaught Place, Noida, and Gurgaon. The neighbourhood is served by multiple metro lines, with excellent connectivity via the Blue and Green Metro Lines, with Moti Nagar Metro Station less than 500 meters away, along with access to Ring Road and NH-44 running through the area.

DLF Two Midtown occupies a site within this evolving corridor, on the same Shivaji Marg stretch where the developer has already delivered Capital Greens and the One Midtown residences. DLF Two Midtown Delhi is a premium mixed use development project that is strategically located in the prime area of the national capital, helmed by DLF Group with an aim to provide holistic living spaces and comfortable commercial units under one roof. For homebuyers and businesses alike, the address offers a rare combination: a central Delhi postcode, metro-linked mobility, and the scale of a master-planned township rather than a standalone building.

Why Invest

Compelling Reasons

1

Part of an established township

DLF Two Midtown extends the Midtown development in Moti Nagar, joining Capital Greens and One Midtown as part of a single, evolving residential and commercial ecosystem rather than a standalone launch.

2

Mixed-use design

The project combines residential apartments with commercial and retail units on one campus, aiming to bring daily conveniences within walking distance of home.

3

Central West Delhi address

A Moti Nagar location keeps the project inside the city rather than on its outer edges, close to Kirti Nagar, Rajouri Garden, and Punjabi Bagh.

4

Metro-linked connectivity

Proximity to Moti Nagar and Kirti Nagar metro stations, along with access to Ring Road and NH-44, supports easy movement across Central and West Delhi.

5

Vastu-based planning

The development is designed as per Vastu norms, with attention to space utilisation, ventilation, and natural light across residential and commercial blocks.

6

Developer track record

DLF's experience delivering Capital Greens and One Midtown within the same Moti Nagar township lends continuity and construction credibility to the upcoming Two Midtown phase.

About the Developer

DLF Limited

DLF Limited was founded on July 4, 1946, by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh in New Delhi, originally as Delhi Land and Finance. The company's first completed project was Krishna Nagar in East Delhi in 1949, followed by 22 urban colonies across Delhi including Model Town, Rajouri Garden, South Extension, Greater Kailash, and Hauz Khas. When the Delhi Development Act of 1957 restricted private development within the capital, DLF pivoted to Gurugram in Haryana, acquiring land that would become one of the country's most significant urban corridors. Today DLF is the largest publicly listed real estate developer in India by market capitalization, with operations spanning 15 states and 24 cities.

DLF's defining move was the development of DLF City in Gurugram beginning in the mid-1970s, transforming what was then a largely agrarian district into a globally connected corporate and residential hub. In 1985, DLF Qutab Enclave marked the company's formal return to large-scale development. That trajectory led to DLF Cyber City — one of India's largest integrated business districts — which today houses hundreds of multinational occupiers and generates substantial recurring rental income through DLF Cyber City Developers Limited, a joint venture with Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC. The company listed on Indian stock exchanges in July 2007 through what was at that time India's largest IPO, raising approximately Rs 9,000 crore.

Across its history DLF has delivered over 185 real estate projects covering more than 352 million square feet, with an annuity portfolio exceeding 45 million square feet in commercial and retail assets. The portfolio spans super-luxury and luxury residential — including The Camellias and The Dahlias in Gurugram — alongside IT parks, special economic zones, retail malls such as DLF Mall of India in Noida, and hospitality assets including The Lodhi hotel in New Delhi, which received one MICHELIN Key in 2025. The DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurugram, opened in 1999, features an 18-hole Gary Player championship course and has been rated India's best golf course by the Asian Golf Awards multiple times.

DLF approaches development as a long-term ecosystem rather than a transactional land business. The company's 'Partners in Progress' model for land acquisition, introduced under Chairman Emeritus K.P. Singh, brought farming communities into the development process as active participants. Rajiv Singh, the current Chairman, has overseen a sustained expansion of the annuity business from Rs 15.5 million in 2007 to Rs 29,000 million by 2019 and continued growth since. DLF's rental business has been conferred 21 Sword of Honour awards by the British Safety Council — the highest tally in the world — and the company holds LEED certifications from the US Green Building Council for tens of millions of square metres of built area. The stated pipeline for the next four to five years encompasses a Gross Development Value of approximately Rs 1,145 billion.
