The Address & The Vision

An Address Worth Owning

DLF Hamilton 2 is a planned residential group-housing development in Gurugram, positioned within DLF’s FY27 launch pipeline. The working name brings together a substantial residential site and an established DLF address. Its proposed setting is Village Chakkarpur, Sector 28, in DLF Phase IV.

The location places everyday city connections within reach, from the Yellow Line stations at MG Road and Sikanderpur to the commercial and retail destinations of the wider Gurugram district. Nearby schools include Dayal Public School, Shiv Nadar School and The Shri Ram School. The neighbourhood’s established roads link into Golf Course Road, MG Road and NH-48.

The approved environmental plan sets out a 11.148-acre site with four planned towers, including three main residential towers and one EWS tower. It includes a designated green area, native-species planting and landscape development. These environmental provisions shape the site plan; the final residential design and apartment specifications remain part of the project’s future public detail.

DLF’s Gurugram portfolio spans DLF City and residential addresses including The Camellias, The Aralias, The Magnolias, The Crest and The Ultima. Hamilton 2 extends the company’s presence in the city, in a locality where established metro links, roads, schools and healthcare facilities form part of the wider urban setting. DLF identified the project in its FY27 launch pipeline.

For those considering a future DLF home in Gurugram, Hamilton 2 offers an opportunity to follow the next stage of this planned address. Explore its location and the project details available as its launch plans progress.

Beyond the Project

Infrastructure & Growth

Gurugram Metro: Millennium City Centre–Cyber City corridor

The sanctioned 28.5 km corridor is planned with 27 elevated stations and a depot. Construction progress was publicly reported in 2026, creating a significant addition to Gurugram’s urban transit network.

Gurugram Metro’s planned station network

The corridor is intended to link Millennium City Centre with Cyber City through a sequence of elevated stations, expanding rail access across key parts of Gurugram. No opening date has been announced.

Cyber City metro connection

The Millennium City Centre–Cyber City line is planned to connect a major employment district with the city’s wider metro system, complementing existing Yellow Line and Rapid Metro connections in the broader Sector 28 area.

Proposed Sector 56–Panchgaon metro corridor

The proposed 35.25 km corridor is planned with 28 stations. In September 2026, the Haryana government reported that its detailed project report was being finalised for time-bound completion.

Gurugram’s expanding public transport network

The planned metro corridors point to a broader expansion of mass transit in the city. For Hamilton 2, these are city-level infrastructure plans rather than a confirmed station or opening-date commitment for the project.

Why Invest

Compelling Reasons

1

An established DLF Phase IV address

The proposed site is in Village Chakkarpur, Sector 28, within DLF Phase IV. Its setting connects with Golf Course Road, MG Road, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road and NH-48, placing the planned residences within Gurugram’s established urban fabric.

2

A substantial planned residential site

The environmental plan covers 11.148 acres, including land under two DTCP licences. It provides a defined framework for a group-housing colony with residential towers, green space, community facilities and retail within the planned scheme.

3

A planned landscape component

The site plan allocates 9,022.857 sq m to green area and calls for native-species planting and landscape development. It also includes rainwater harvesting and treated-water reuse as part of the environmental planning.

4

Metro access in the wider neighbourhood

MG Road and Sikanderpur are established Yellow Line stations serving the broader Sector 28 and DLF Phase IV area. Sikanderpur also connects with Rapid Metro, adding an interchange option for journeys across Gurugram.

5

Schools and healthcare close to the site

The surrounding area includes Dayal Public School, Shiv Nadar School, The Shri Ram School and Unicosmos School. Uma Sanjeevani Health Centre and Hospital and a clinic on MG Road are also listed nearby.

6

Backed by DLF’s Gurugram presence

Founded in 1946, DLF has developed residential projects across Gurugram, including The Camellias, The Aralias, The Magnolias, The Crest, The Dahlias, The Arbour, Privana West and The Ultima. Hamilton 2 is part of the company’s stated FY27 launch pipeline.

About the Developer

DLF Limited

DLF Limited was founded on July 4, 1946, by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh in New Delhi, originally as Delhi Land and Finance. The company's first completed project was Krishna Nagar in East Delhi in 1949, followed by 22 urban colonies across Delhi including Model Town, Rajouri Garden, South Extension, Greater Kailash, and Hauz Khas. When the Delhi Development Act of 1957 restricted private development within the capital, DLF pivoted to Gurugram in Haryana, acquiring land that would become one of the country's most significant urban corridors. Today DLF is the largest publicly listed real estate developer in India by market capitalization, with operations spanning 15 states and 24 cities.

DLF's defining move was the development of DLF City in Gurugram beginning in the mid-1970s, transforming what was then a largely agrarian district into a globally connected corporate and residential hub. In 1985, DLF Qutab Enclave marked the company's formal return to large-scale development. That trajectory led to DLF Cyber City — one of India's largest integrated business districts — which today houses hundreds of multinational occupiers and generates substantial recurring rental income through DLF Cyber City Developers Limited, a joint venture with Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC. The company listed on Indian stock exchanges in July 2007 through what was at that time India's largest IPO, raising approximately Rs 9,000 crore.

Across its history DLF has delivered over 185 real estate projects covering more than 352 million square feet, with an annuity portfolio exceeding 45 million square feet in commercial and retail assets. The portfolio spans super-luxury and luxury residential — including The Camellias and The Dahlias in Gurugram — alongside IT parks, special economic zones, retail malls such as DLF Mall of India in Noida, and hospitality assets including The Lodhi hotel in New Delhi, which received one MICHELIN Key in 2025. The DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurugram, opened in 1999, features an 18-hole Gary Player championship course and has been rated India's best golf course by the Asian Golf Awards multiple times.

DLF approaches development as a long-term ecosystem rather than a transactional land business. The company's 'Partners in Progress' model for land acquisition, introduced under Chairman Emeritus K.P. Singh, brought farming communities into the development process as active participants. Rajiv Singh, the current Chairman, has overseen a sustained expansion of the annuity business from Rs 15.5 million in 2007 to Rs 29,000 million by 2019 and continued growth since. DLF's rental business has been conferred 21 Sword of Honour awards by the British Safety Council — the highest tally in the world — and the company holds LEED certifications from the US Green Building Council for tens of millions of square metres of built area. The stated pipeline for the next four to five years encompasses a Gross Development Value of approximately Rs 1,145 billion.
