DLF Westpark Phase 2 will add four more towers to the site, following the success of the project's initial phase. The development is located on a prime land parcel measuring 7,788 sq. metres in Oshiwara, within the Andheri West micro-market.

The project is located on New Link Road, Adarsh Nagar, Andheri West, with Infiniti Mall at 600 metres, Oshiwara Metro Station at 950 metres, and Lokhandwala Circle at 1.2 kilometres. Its position along the Andheri Link Road ensures connectivity to both the Western Express Highway and the Versova-Ghatkopar Metro corridor. Proximity to business hubs such as Lokhandwala, Goregaon, and Jogeshwari, as well as key transport infrastructure like the Oshiwara railway station and Metro Line 2A, adds to its appeal.
Project Scope and Units
The second phase will add four more towers to the site. The project offers 3BHK (1,100 to 1,800 sq ft) and 4BHK (2,600 to 3,000 sq ft) premium residences.
