Proposed plots within an established township

DLF Valley Plots refers to a proposed new batch of residential plots within DLF’s existing Valley township in Sector 3, Pinjore-Kalka Urban Complex, Panchkula. The proposed release is described as an addition to the township, rather than a greenfield development. The wider community already includes apartments, independent floors and earlier plot phases, and houses more than 1,100 families.

Plot sizes and pricing remain unannounced

Plots of 200–500 sq yards are expected, but exact sizes have not been announced. Earlier plots in the township have ranged from 243 to 442 sq yards; that history provides context, not confirmation of the new phase’s sizes. Pricing is on request.

No RERA registration exists for this specific plotted phase. The launch has not been announced, and possession is not applicable to plots.

Separate registration for Valley Gardens

The adjacent DLF Valley Gardens phase is a separate project, with its own registration, HRERA-PKL-PKL-339-2022. Its registration and stated October 2026 possession relate to Valley Gardens, not the proposed DLF Valley Plots release.
