DLF The Dahlias Experience Centre Confirmed for Diwali 2026 Opening — DLF Management Calls It First-of-Its-Kind Presentation in India
DLF Confirms Dahlias Experience Centre for Diwali 2026 Launch
DLF management shared on the Q4 FY26 earnings call that The Dahlias' dedicated experience centre is expected to be ready around Diwali 2026, which company executives described as a presentation format previously unseen in India. The centre is expected to accelerate final tranche sales at the Golf Course Road project.
Unprecedented Presentation Format
Chief Business Officer Aakash Ohri characterized the centre as "something that has not been done so far, at least presentation-wise in the country." The facility signals a strategic pivot by DLF to support the remaining inventory of The Dahlias through an elevated sales environment, moving beyond conventional marketing channels into an immersive display and consultation space.
Project Status and Demand Momentum
Approximately 60% of The Dahlias' inventory is sold, with pricing having moved from ₹60 crore at pre-launch to approximately ₹1 lakh per sq ft for south-facing units in 18 months. DLF sold 32 units in Q4 FY26 alone, generating ₹3,967 crore in a single quarter.
FY26 contribution from The Dahlias was ₹4,828 crore—the single largest from any DLF project in company history.Remaining Inventory and Price Trajectory
The remaining 40% of The Dahlias' inventory has an estimated revenue potential of around ₹24,000 crore at current pricing levels. Non-resident Indians account for nearly 15% of the project's total sales.
The experience centre's timing aligns with DLF's broader FY27 strategy. DLF MD Ashok Kumar Tyagi described ₹20,000 crore in residential sales as achievable 'comfortably' with room for growth.
The Dahlias' Market Position
The Dahlias is situated in Sector 54, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. DLF management notes The Dahlias has 'almost' reached pricing parity with DLF Camellias—a project that took a decade to reach ₹40-80 crore resale. The Dahlias achieved this in 18 months.
DLF's Development Track Record
Founded in 1946 by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh, DLF began with the development of 22 urban colonies in Delhi. In 1985, the company expanded into Gurugram, creating exceptional living and working spaces for India's emerging global professionals. Today, DLF is the largest publicly listed real estate company in India, with residential, commercial, and retail properties spanning 15 states and 24 cities.
The DLF Golf and Country Club, set across 200 acres and home to courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Gary Player, has anchored Golf Course Road as a distinctive lifestyle destination. This institutional presence directly supports The Dahlias' positioning as a generational address within the Golf Course Road ecosystem.
