Project and sales details

The Aureva occupies 4.17 acres and comprises a single G+45-floor tower with 4 BHK apartments. Launched in August 2026, the project reached full sell-out in approximately two months. Units were priced at ₹28,000 per sq ft and were marketed to the luxury retirement housing segment.

Healthcare infrastructure planned

DLF has said it will provide healthcare infrastructure for the project. The healthcare company that will manage it has not yet been decided; the decision is expected within four years.
