DLF Announces Ultra-Luxury Residential Project on Golf Course Extension Road
DLF Limited has acquired a 29-acre plot of land on Golf Course Extension Road near Sector 61, Gurugram, through the purchase of debt from lenders, with the deal valued at approximately ₹825 crore. The developer plans to launch an ultra-luxury residential community on the site in the coming months.
Project Specifications and Pricing
The planned development will feature 4 and 5 BHK residences ranging from 4,000 to 12,000 sq ft, priced at approximately ₹45,000 per sq ft. The 29-acre site holds potential for 7.5 million square feet of saleable space. The project is expected to launch in Q2–Q3 of financial year 2027, corresponding to the July–September 2026 calendar period.
Location and Connectivity
Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram has become one of the most sought-after locations in the real estate market, with efforts in recent times to expand the stretch to include new sectors like 61, 62, 65, 66, and 67. Major players in the real estate industry are investing heavily in this developing corridor.
Sector 61 is strategically located on the Golf Course Extension corridor with smooth connectivity to Golf Course Road, access to NH-48 via Southern Peripheral Road for travel to Delhi and Manesar, and close proximity to the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro station.

Sectors 58–67 will be developed as part of the Golf Course Extension expansion plans in the first phase, with bigger streets and connecting roadways. The infrastructure push reflects Gurugram's urban planning vision for the southern growth corridor.
