DLF Brings Ultra-Luxury Mansion Plans to Reis Magos, North Goa
DLF is planning DLF Mansion Goa, a collection of ultra-luxury mansions in Reis Magos on the northern bank of the Mandovi River in North Goa. The developer describes the project as a premium set of limited-edition homes, each built around its own private garden and pool.
The plan adds a Goa residential address to DLF's portfolio at a time when the company has set out its sales guidance for the coming fiscal year. Its FY27 launch pipeline spans three markets and includes Goa. Reis Magos sits in Bardez taluka, across the river from Panaji. The developer lists Reis Magos Fort and beach about 5 minutes away, Candolim, Sinquerim and Calangute about 10 minutes away, Panaji about 15 minutes away, and Mapusa and NH 66 about 20 minutes away. Mopa International Airport is around 40 minutes by road.
Access has improved in recent years. The Atal Setu, a 3,190 metre cable-stayed bridge carrying four lanes of NH 66 across the Mandovi, opened in February 2019. The 6.7 km six-lane Mopa link road, built at a cost of ₹770 crore, was dedicated to the nation in July 2024. Mopa airport was inaugurated in December 2022, and its aim is to handle over 13 million passengers a year by 2045.
Daily needs are within reach. Nerul Hospital is about 4 km away and Goa Medical College and Hospital in Bambolim about 15 km.
