DLF launches Central Avenue residential plots in New Chandigarh, Mullanpur

DLF has launched Central Avenue, a residential plot project in New Chandigarh, Mullanpur, adding a new option for buyers looking at plots in the Chandigarh fringe. The project carries the status of a new launch and is registered with the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority under RERA registration number PBRERA-SAS80-PR0845.

The site lies at Village Devi Nagar in Tehsil Majri, within the S.A.S Nagar (Mohali) district of Punjab, and covers 5,977.21 square metres, or about 1.477 acres. The project's licence, memo 5112 CTP (Pb.) SP-432 (M), was dated 18 November 2022, and its layout was approved on 16 May 2024. For buyers, the launch brings a RERA-registered plot project with an approved layout into a corridor that has drawn steady interest from homebuyers around Chandigarh.
