DLF Announces Record Date for FY26 Dividend Payment
DLF Limited has announced the schedule for its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and fixed a record date for the payment of dividend. The company fixed 27 July 2026 as the record date for the ₹8 per share FY26 dividend, with payment expected by 1 September 2026.
The notice was published in the Financial Express and Jansatta newspapers on July 10, 2026, with the filing submitted to the exchanges on the same date.
Dividend Magnitude and Context
The Board has recommended a dividend of INR 8 per share, reflecting a 33% increase compared to the previous year. On the face value of ₹2 per share, this represents 400% payout. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
FY26 Financial Performance
DLF Limited's Board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a consolidated net profit of ₹4,414.68 crore for FY26. Standalone net profit for the year rose to ₹3,747.91 crore, supported by improved cash flow from operating activities.
The development business achieved INR 20,143 crores in new sales bookings, driven by successful project sellouts such as Privana North in Gurugram and West Park in Mumbai.
