DLF Files Compliance Report for Patto Plaza Project, Panaji

DLF Limited has filed its June 2026 six-monthly compliance report for its proposed commercial project at Plot No. 35, EDS Patto Plaza, Patto Village, Panaji, Goa. The filing, available on DLF's corporate announcements page, confirms the project remains in active development with continued regulatory oversight.

Project Scope and Investment

The project comprises a commercial complex with retail shops, offices, retail food court, and a multiplex. The Goa State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (GSEIAA) has noted the project cost at ₹659 crore with an employment potential of 150 labourers during the construction period.

Regulatory History and Approvals

DLF received the plot allotment from the Economic Development Corporation of Goa (EDC) in 2006–07. The company obtained environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change in 2008 and 2017. In 2023, DLF received environmental clearance at a board meeting of the GSEIAA. The June 2026 six-monthly compliance report demonstrates sustained progress toward final regulatory approvals and commencement of construction.

Panaji's Central Business District

Patto Plaza is the Central Business District of Goa. The land at Patto Plaza was reclaimed and developed into various plots allocated on perpetual lease basis. The plaza presently houses key State and Central government entities including the RBI, LIC, SBI, and various government departments. The location is close to the Panaji-Old Goa Bypass Road, which connects to National Highway 66 (NH66), providing seamless connectivity to cities like Mapusa and Margao.

DLF's Broader Goa Footprint

In addition to the Patto Plaza commercial project, DLF is advancing multiple developments in Goa. The company is preparing to launch an uber-luxury residential project, "Villas Reis Magos," featuring around 62 luxury villas priced between ₹40 crore and ₹50 crore, developed on a 38-acre hill facing Mandovi River. DLF is also developing a 7 lakh square foot shopping mall in Goa, which is expected to be the state's largest.

Developer Context

With 75 years of real estate investments, development, and management experience, DLF has an unparalleled scale of delivery and an unmatched track record of customer-centric service excellence in India. The June 2026 compliance filing underscores the company's sustained commitment to regulatory adherence and transparent project management across its multi-state portfolio.
