DLF Downtown: Mixed-Use Commercial Hub
Located in DLF Phase 3, DLF Downtown Gurugram enjoys strategic proximity to Cyber City and other prominent commercial hubs, supported by excellent road connectivity across Gurugram and the wider Delhi NCR region. Blocks 2, 3, and 4, comprising approximately 3.5 million sq. ft. are fully operational, demonstrating established occupier activity and ecosystem maturity. In addition, four new buildings forming part of DLF Downtown Phase 2, introducing nearly 5.2 million sq. ft. of future-ready office space, are under development.
The development integrates multiple uses within a single campus environment. The project covers around 25 acres and is organized around what DLF defines as a 'downtown district' format – a combination of office buildings, retail at ground level, eating and hospitality all within a unified landscaped campus environment.
