DLF Chairman's FY26 Pay Reflects Stronger Financial Performance
DLF Chairman and whole-time director Rajiv Singh received ₹44.06 crore in remuneration for FY26, up from ₹36.65 crore in FY25—a 20 per cent increase amid better performance. Of this total, ₹41.74 crore was paid as commission, reflecting the variable compensation tied to the company's operational and financial metrics.
Executive Compensation Across Leadership Ranks
Pay increases extended across DLF's executive team. Managing Director Ashok Kumar Tyagi received ₹15.30 crore in FY26, up 8 per cent from ₹14.16 crore in the preceding year, while MD Devinder Singh's remuneration increased 24 per cent to ₹17.52 crore from ₹14.16 crore.
Financial Performance Backdrop
The rises align with DLF's consolidated profit increasing to ₹4,414.68 crore in FY26 from ₹4,366.82 crore in FY25, while total income rose to ₹9,816.04 crore from ₹8,995.89 crore a year earlier. However, sales bookings fell 5 per cent to ₹20,143 crore in FY26 from a record ₹21,223 crore in FY25.
The board's approach to variable compensation remains linked to broader company metrics. Historically, commission and variable pay have been approved based on achievements against targeted business parameters including consolidated profit after tax, cashflows, construction spends, and pre-sales.
