DLF's presence in Mullanpur rests on one large township. DLF New Chandigarh, marketed as Hyde Park Estate, sits in Mullanpur Garibdass, the locality also called New Chandigarh, and covers 95.49 hectares of landscaped land. It is planned as a low-rise community of around 1,400 residences, with plots, independent floors and villas in the same layout.
Residential plots are offered in 250, 350 and 500 square yard sizes, which lets a buyer choose between a small build-to-suit site and a larger family plot. Independent G+2 floors give a ready address with township access, and finished villas complete the range. Internal roads run 40, 60 and 80 feet wide, and the township carries a 30,000 square foot clubhouse, parks, jogging tracks and five acres reserved for a school.
Shops, booths and showrooms serve daily needs within the township. The gated layout is covered by round-the-clock CCTV, manned entry and exit points and access control.
DLF Central Avenue is a residential plotted project in New Chandigarh, promoted by DLF Home Developers Limited. It is registered with Punjab RERA under PBRERA-SAS80-PR0845 and covers 1.477 acres, or 0.5977 hectares, at Village Devi Nagar in Tehsil Majri, SAS Nagar district. For buyers who want a plot in a separately registered layout rather than a township unit, Central Avenue offers that route within the same growth belt.
DLF Central Square, a RERA-approved SCO and booth project in Hyde Park, adds commercial stock to the residential base. It is a compact enclave of 45 units on 1.47 acres, with saleable units from about 300 to 1,000 square feet, positioned on Madhya Marg and Dakshin Marg.
The township is reached from Kurali-Chandigarh Road and the Madhya Marg and Dakshin Marg arterials. DLF describes its connectivity as reaching Chandigarh, Mohali and Baddi, and the Chandigarh-Baddi road runs through the Kharar corridor. Distances quoted from the Hyde Park site are shown below.
